Call for Applications: Internship Programme
The Centre for Peace and Development is welcoming applications for its Internship Programme from motivated and engaged students as well as young professionals interested in peace studies, development, governance, human rights, sustainability, and social transformation.
About the Internship
The internship provides a unique opportunity to participate in collaborative research, policy analysis, field-based initiatives, and academic programs focused on peacebuilding and development. Interns will collaborate closely with educational professionals, researchers, and practitioners on current projects and institutional activities.
Areas of Engagement
Interns may be involved in one or more of the following areas:
- Peacebuilding and conflict analysis
- Development studies and social policy
- Governance, human rights, and democracy
- Sustainable development and climate justice
- Gender, inclusion, and social equity
- Research assistance, documentation, and publications
- Programme coordination, seminars, and outreach activities
Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate students (or recent graduates) in social sciences, humanities, law, development studies, international relations, public policy, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in peace and development issues
- Good research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Minimum12 weeks

Certification
Upon the successful completion of their assignments, a certificate will be issued to the interns.
